Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner has the energy that teenagers have and the knowledge to be an intelligent woman. She is the perfect woman today to do it all. She's an actress, a writer health guru talk host, show producer, entrepreneur director dancer singer comedienne model and, most importantly, wife and mother! Perpetual Motion, as her name is referred to by a lot of people. Marilu Henner's whole life is an evidence of the strength of her health-focused approach. She believes that with the right health you can accomplish everything. However, it wasn't always this way. In her teens she sat and watched her weight grew. She indulged in emotional foods and was sick all every day. She knew that when her parents passed away in their 50s the mother died of ailments caused by arthritis and her dad from a cardiac arrest, that she should be proactive about her health. It wasn't about diets however, the goal was to improve our overall health and create ways to improve the way our bodies were designed to function. She has also been a participant in Christopher Guest's mockumentary feature film. Coolidge is a graduate from The Groundlings in Los Angeles and is well-known for her improv comedy and sketches. She is the lead character Sophie in CBS's 2 Broke Girls, where she is Max and Caroline's Polish neighbor who owns an organization for cleaning.
