Srushti began preparing for the UPSC exam in her third-year in engineering. She questioned whether engineering was an appropriate career path for her. In the following years, she realized that her dream was civil services and decided to pursue the field. Parents advised her to study for civil service and to make a career serving the public. She was motivated to become an IAS officer and was committed to achieve that goal. The work required to get UPSC. Her plan was to complete her engineering courses and prepare for UPSC while also studying different disciplines. She set aside time for exam preparation every day. Within a little over an entire month, she prepared for her exam in engineering and completely avoided all social media. She believes that being focused solely on what needs to be done is the key to passing this exam. She aimed to pass this test on her first attempt and put in a lot of hard work. Every day, she read the newspaper to keep updated with the current news. Rajya Sabha TV and online study materials were also a huge help for her.
